Our mission is to give senior citizens a trusted advisor to turn to before responding to suspicious communications.
Before you respond, ask Senior Signal.
If you’re ever unsure, we’d rather you call us one hundred times than become the victim of one scam.
Who We Help
Senior Signal serves senior citizens and the people who help care for them. Membership currently covers one household. Trusted family members or caregivers may participate when authorized by the member.
Membership Includes
Unlimited guidance regarding suspicious calls, texts, emails, letters, websites, payment requests, and other suspicious communications during business hours.
What We Do
- Help evaluate suspicious communications.
- Explain scam tactics.
- Research publicly available information.
- Help verify organizations.
- With your permission, participate in three-way calls with banks, utilities, and similar organizations.
What We Don’t Do
We are not emergency services, a law firm, investment advisor, tax advisor, insurance advisor, or financial planner. We never make financial decisions for members.
If you believe a crime is actively occurring or someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
Business Hours
We strive to respond the same day during business hours.
7 days a week, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Central.
Billing
Membership is billed monthly and recurs until cancelled.
If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days of membership, contact us and we will refund you.
Calls
Calls may be recorded and summarized using secure AI for internal use only. Every live interaction is with a real person located in the United States.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to serve members. We will never sell personal information. Ever.

Our Promise
We treat every question with respect. We never intentionally create fear. We explain our reasoning whenever possible. If we don’t know, we’ll tell you.
